She began competing in fitness events after deciding to end the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. She won her Pro Card just one year later when she was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel was off the stage for 6 years in order to finish her college. In 2015 she continued her path from last year, competing in the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest lasted for several years after her first appearance, setting herself higher goals each year. In 2009 she won four additional fitness titles. In addition, she was one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) when she won the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel took 6 years to finish her education following her Pro Card award. When she earned her IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel returned to the sport with a bang at her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She finished in 3rd place in the competition. Summer of 2016, she took home her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. In the process, she qualified for Fitness Olympia. A few months later, she walked onto the Olympia stage to take home the sixth position within the Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she did not have any goals. Her satisfaction was high with her placement. It's no surprise that she did so well given the level of competition. Ariel is getting stronger each year. Ariel enjoys working out on her lower back. This is made up of bent-over rows, pull-downs using a single arm on a pull-up machine and sitting rows. The first step is warming up and then moves on to the sets she works on. Ariel is the most efficient use of her time. Supersetting all of the back exercises into three to four 10- 12 rep supersets is the way she is doing.
